Is the standard I expect from myself and work to provide, everyday to the general public, costumers, clients and coworkers.  My name is Jayme Delson and I am Broker/Owner of North Country Real Estate (NCRE) in Redway, CA.

I received my California Real Estate Agents license in 2000 and my California Real Estate Brokers license in 2003.  I also opened North Country Real Estate that same year. Before opening NCRE, I worked as a real estate agent for Country Real Estate out of Garberville, CA, for 3 years.

I have been a member of these associations since 2000.

i will seek to locate at least 3 similar properties that have sold with in the last 6 months to compare to the property you are wanting an estimate of value on.

You will receive a written Comparative Market Analysis showing:

  • How much each property sold for
  • Basic features of each property
  • Based on this data, an estimate of how much your property is worth, or a property you are interested in purchasing, is worth and why!
