I offer to clients free written estimates of value for your property, and or for property you are interested in purchasing!

i will seek to locate at least 3 similar properties that have sold with in the last 6 months to compare to the property you are wanting an estimate of value on.

You will receive a written Comparative Market Analysis showing:

• How much each property sold for
• Basic features of each property
• Based on this data, an estimate of how much your property is worth, or a property you are interested in purchasing, is worth and why!
